RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

At Alore Living, we strive to provide our customers with the finest luxury comforters, crafted with the utmost care and attention to detail. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you need to make a return or exchange, we are here to assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns & exchanges within 24/48 hours of the delivery date for a full Refund or Exchange provided the following conditions are met :

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and saleable with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • The product must be returned in the complete set it was delivered in.
  • A return authorization must be obtained by contacting our customer service team, you can contact us via our contact us page.
  • Return/Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

    Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. In case of exchage, we ship the replacement once the returned item is received and inspected.

  • NOTE :

Correct Orders, We don't accept returns for products that match your order exactly.

Returns for damaged/wrong products shall be notified or issued within 24 hours of delivery with a proof of unboxing or else they will not be qualified for return.

Exchanges shall be notified or issued within 48 hours of delivery with a proof of unboxing or else they will not be qualified for return.

Late Requests, Requests outside the timeframes will not be entertained.

Used/Damaged Products, Products damaged due to user mishandling or altered value are non-returnable.


In cases where the replacement item is of a different price, the difference will either be charged or refunded to the original payment method.


Final Sale Items

Please note that items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team via our contact us page within 24/48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
